Position Overview: We’re hiring a Real Estate Sales Closer to lead and execute our land acquisition strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound leads, closing deals, and identifying opportunities to improve the sales process. The ideal candidate brings experience in sales and real estate, thrives under pressure, and is excited by performance-based rewards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle sales process for land acquisition deals. Follow up with leads, qualify prospects, and close opportunities. Keep detailed records in Follow Up Boss CRM. Provide input to streamline and improve the sales approach. Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed revenue goals. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a sales or deal-closing role. Demonstrated success in closing deals independently. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven. Basic understanding of real estate transactions or land acquisition. Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience in U.S. real estate, especially land acquisition. Familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow. Experience using Follow Up Boss or a comparable CRM.
