RubiconMD is seeking a self-motivated IT Manager to oversee all IT-related concerns and ensure smooth technical onboarding and maintenance for the entire employee population. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience as an information technology professional, proficiency with Google Suite, familiarity with Macs and PCs, and experience with troubleshooting technical issues remotely and in-person. The IT Manager will be responsible for endpoint deployment and management, software and hardware management, compliance and troubleshooting, administering network and user accounts, and collaborating on major IT projects. This role requires the ability to communicate with people of varying technical acumen and experience using Excel or Sheets to track various metrics and manage inventory and access. The target salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, and the role is eligible for employee benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities: - Oversight of all IT-related concerns, with accountability to the Sr. Director, Infrastructure & Security - Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance - Endpoint deployment and endpoint management; Inventory management - Software and hardware management, compliance and troubleshooting - Escalate issues to the IT support vendor when necessary and understand the appropriate level at which to assign escalated issues - Monitor endpoint uptime and stability, ensuring laptops are compliant - Support security of data, network access, and backup systems - Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software, processes, and systems - Manage third-party technology vendors including IT support, various software, and laptop vendors - Ownership of in-office Zoom video conferencing and troubleshooting when needed - Tracking and reporting metrics, and sharing regular updates with staff and leadership - Collaborating on major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
