As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide compassionate care to all Spring patients, perform a variety of procedures, and manage patient treatment plans. This is a full-time exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends, and holidays. If you are passionate about fertility and patient care, we welcome you to apply! Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate care to all Spring patients - Perform a variety of procedures such as ultrasounds, HSG, saline sonograms, and IUI - Manage patient treatment plans for IUI patients - Conduct procedural pre-op assessments - Assist in pre and post-op procedure areas - Use electronic medical records and complete patient visits or requests - Provide patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
