◽ ​​​​Expert in back-end development and leadership.
◽ ​​​​Proficient in backend programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
◽ ​​​​Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, emphasizing scalable and resilient architecture.
◽ ​​​​In-depth knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture for scalable and modular applications.
◽ ​​​​Experience with various database systems, including relational and NoSQL databases.
◽ ​​​​Familiarity with DevOps practices continuous deployment (CI/CD).
◽ ​​​​Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing robust security measures in software development.

◽ ​​​​Proficiency in designing APIs and integrating third-party services into software.

◽ ​​​​Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
◽ ​​​​Implement robust security measures, ensure compliance, and leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.
◽ ​​​​Implement and optimize agile development methodologies, maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices.
◽ ​​​​Ensure technology efforts align with Quiver's mission, prioritizing user experience and fostering connections within the LGBTQ+ community.

◽ ​​​​At Quiver, we value our team members and believe in providing competitive compensation packages. Our offerings, including base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits, are designed to attract top talent in the SaaS and mobile app development industry.
◽ ​​​​We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
→ ​​US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $130,000 - $155,000/year.
→ ​​US employees outside these areas: $100,000 - $130,000/year.
