Responsibilities

At GoCardless, we believe in the power of bank payments and bank account data to make better, faster decisions. We are an award-winning London-based fintech company with a global presence, processing over $30 billion across 30 countries. Our values and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability are at the core of everything we do. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our International Group and accelerate our growth in strategic international markets. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for refining our Ideal Customer Profile, understanding customer needs, and driving sustainable growth in each market. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Strategy (International) and the Commercial Strategy Team to ensure that our customer-facing teams have the right positioning, messaging, and tools to drive growth. Additionally, you will be involved in launching new products and initiatives, market research, and collaborating with the product organization to bring the right products to market. We are seeking someone with strong quantitative analytical skills, experience in B2B product launches, and the ability to engage with product and engineering teams to solve customer problems. Fluency in French is a plus, but not essential. If you are excited about this role, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet every requirement. Responsibilities: - Refine the Ideal Customer Profile for each market - Understand and address customer needs to drive sustainable growth - Support customer-facing teams with positioning, messaging, and tools - Launch new products and initiatives across international markets - Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to influence business and product strategy - Collaborate with the product organization to bring the right products and features to market
