We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead data accessibility, reporting, and analysis across our company. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will work closely with functional leaders to translate business needs into data requirements, develop core data pipelines, and drive action from predictive models. Responsibilities: - Work with product and engineering to ensure data collection for core business areas - Create scalable, reusable datasets to support reporting and analysis - Define, monitor, and diagnose progress against Objectives and Key Results and other Key Performance Indicators - Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and perform analyses driving business decisions - Manage the business intelligence roadmap in partnership with cross-functional business leaders - Mentor a small team of analysts
