Requirements and responsibilities

In this role, you will: • You will translate the high-level vision into functional requirements and process maps • Facilitate requirement discussions, acting as a conduit between teams with disparate backgrounds and technical skills • Track and verify that requirements have been fulfilled in implementation plans • Create and maintain user and training documentation, conducting formal training where required • Administer select cross-functional systems • Support a Sr. Program Manager This person will also work within the larger Operations team to provide general member support and contribute to long term projects.
