Requirements and responsibilities


•良好的中文书写与沟通能力 Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese. •透过线上聊天、电子邮件或电话,协助客户解决问题 Assist customers in resolving issues via online chat, email, or phone. •提供专业、耐心且高品质的客户服务体验 Provide professional, patient, and high-quality customer service. •遵循公司客服操作标准与流程 Follow company customer service protocols and procedures. •熟悉常用电脑操作及线上沟通工具 Proficient in basic computer operations and online communication tools. •具备客服经验者尤佳(非必须) Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required). •需轮夜班时区GMT+8 12am-12pm Must be available for night shifts in GMT+8 timezone (12:00am – 12:00pm). •自备电脑 Must have own computer.
