This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. * Job Title: Physical Therapist * Job Type: Full-Time Position * Location: Los Angeles, CA 90019 * Shift: 5 days a week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) * Facility: Windsor Gardens of Los Angeles Key Responsibilities * Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities. * Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities. * Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive care. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications * Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program – Required. * Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license – Required. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist – Required. * Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills – Required.
