I am a physician-turned-health coach who helps people lose weight and reverse chronic disease without medication. I am looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who will grow with my company. Initially, they will start part-time (maybe 15–20 hours a week), but I anticipate they will be working full-time hours in a few months. Job duties include: Social Media Growth via Content Creation and Management: Immerse yourself in the subject matter to brainstorm social media content that will grow organic reach. Publish content in several formats (stories, reels, posts, etc.) with captions and hashtags; schedule content publication; use analytics to measure content success. Appointment Setting: Respond to leads from paid ads via SMS and IG DM to encourage them to book an appointment. Email Nurture Campaigns: Draft and publish weekly email newsletters to nurture leads; maintain an email database of cold leads. You would work remotely at hours of your choosing but should overlap at least 50% with Pacific Standard Time. The right candidate should: - Have an intuition for content that attracts organic followers and views. - Have a working knowledge of how to leverage AI for efficiency. - Be able to write fluently in English. - Have a computer and a reliable internet connection.
