Zscaler's purpose-built security platform ensures fast and secure connections for users and applications. We are seeking a talented and motivated Staff Software Engineer to join our team at Zscaler. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining critical components of our cloud security platform. You should have a strong background in cloud technologies, user identity/authentication, automation, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions. - Implement and optimize features related to OAUTH2, OpenID Connect, SAML, AWS, auto-scaling, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo. Working experience with Identity and access management is a plus. - Write efficient and scalable code, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. - Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, Java, or similar languages. - Participate in deployment of build on Kubernetes infrastructure and raising infrastructure issues wherever applicable. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
