Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) is looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to execute email campaigns that support the growth of Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) in Asia Pacific. This is a hands-on execution role requiring self direction and specialist knowledge. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the ACS APAC marketing team and global counterparts to succeed. Responsibilities: - Execute and manage email campaigns in APAC to support programs for lead generation, virtual events, lead nurture, customer retention and account growth, based on the briefs of campaign managers. - Using templates, perform hands-on setup of email campaigns in Marketo and create/edit customized HTML emails associated with email campaigns. Configure various workflow steps, triggers, personalization, scheduled actions and other campaign-related settings for the email campaigns. - Work with Marketing Operations to segment and filter target audience lists for email distribution. - Perform QA, validation and testing processes, working with Marketing Operations, to successfully launch email campaigns. - Execute email campaign for monthly marketing newsletter. - Implement A/B testing and other experimentation to understand audience behaviour and optimize email campaign performance. - Manage and update the regional email campaign calendar to optimize buyer experience. - Track, measure and analyze email campaign performance and, where applicable, pipeline impact metrics. Through analysis of audience segmentation and behaviours, provide recommendations to improve response rates from email. - Provide email performance reporting and data analyses to stakeholders. Continually identify opportunities for improvement through quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback. - Present regional email marketing channel insights to management and wider team on a regular basis to support campaign planning. - Ensure email campaign executions meet program timelines, company policy and regulatory compliance. - Work with manager and Marketing Operations on initiatives and ongoing practices to enhance database marketability, hygiene, growth and enrichment. - Support the logistics execution for ACS hosted/co-hosted webinars and virtual events, including creation/setup of events in the webinar platform and in-session controls. - Work with manager and Marketing Operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of email campaign processes and operational delivery. - Customize and set up region-specific experiences and journeys in conversational marketing tools. - Stay up to date with new technologies, industry standards and emerging trends in personalization, email marketing, audience segmentation and marketing automation.
