Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful individual to lead our experienced Tickets team based in the UK and Cape Town. As a Tickets Team Manager you will lead the team of 10-12 lifestyle managers within our Tickets team. You will use your leadership skills, industry knowledge and high customer service standards to drive our Lifestyle Managers towards providing the best experiences to our members who are looking for tickets and experiences to variety of theatre, music and sports events in the UK and the rest of EMEA. Responsibilities: - Lead the team of 10-12 lifestyle managers within our Tickets team - Use your leadership skills, industry knowledge and high customer service standards to drive our Lifestyle Managers towards providing the best experiences to our members - Shape and deliver the team’s strategy with the main goal to meet (or even exceed) our company’s KPIs - Work at the frontline on inbound requests: some of them will be straight forward such as checking ticket prices and availability. Others, however, will be more unusual and will require tenacity and excellent problem-solving skills
