As a commercial law intern, you will use your commercial and contractual law expertise to support our contracting service. You will review client & third parties’ contracts, MSAs, NDAs, etc., prepare commercial negotiation, build templates & guidelines for accelerating contracts review, help us formalize processes & best practices, and work closely with our Quantis legal team as well as our Group legal team. Responsibilities: - Review client & third parties’ contracts, MSAs, NDAs, etc. - Prepare commercial negotiation - Build templates & guidelines for accelerating contracts review - Help us formalize processes & best practices - Identify other areas where we need to be stronger on a legal point of view - Work closely with our Quantis legal team as well as our Group legal team
