Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support an international investment operations team. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth customer investment processes, accurate data tracking, and seamless collaboration across multiple internal teams. What you’ll do: - Assist with onboarding new investment clients. - Support day-to-day operations: account setup, transfers, contributions, and withdrawals. - Maintain and track investment data across systems. - Coordinate with compliance, finance, and advisors to resolve issues. - Handle confidential information in line with industry regulations.
