Lovevery is seeking an Operations Analyst to support day to day management of our 3PL and act as the bridge between Customer Experience and Operations on all things related to order fulfilment. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of ERP systems and operational transaction flows, is highly analytical, detail oriented, and has a strong desire to identify, troubleshoot and resolve data issues at the root cause. They have relevant domain knowledge and understand how current systems function in order to suggest improvements that benefit the company. This role will be based in our Amsterdam office and will report to the Vice President, EU Operations.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate 3PL operations across multiple regions, ensuring warehouses operate efficiently and in compliance with predetermined SLAs.Serve as the liaison between Customer Experience and Operations, driving process improvements and escalating issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Manage operations-related Customer Experience processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.Provide support for wholesale and retail operations, including order fulfilment and responding to B2B customer operational inquiries.Collaborate with Accounting, Compliance, Customer Experience, and third-party partners to develop and update SOPs for identifying and resolving operational issues that affect customers and internal stakeholders.Maintain data integrations between NetSuite and Lovevery’s inbound and outbound warehouses to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and accounting accuracy with a customer-first mindset.Analyse complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite and other internal systems, helping to support solutions.Qualifications and Attributes2 or more years in managing complex projects or initiatives with proven ability to build models and present data summariesSupply Chain and/or Operations experience preferredExperience with Netsuite and/or other ERP systems is a plusStrong analytical skills; able to work with large amounts of data (using BI tools and Excel) to synthesise actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks at one time through meticulous organisation and attention to detailExcellent time and project management skills; you never miss a deadlineExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats to execute in a dynamic and fast-moving environmentFlexibility on work hours; able to meet 1-4 times per week outside standard work hours to collaborate with global colleagues in other timezones Fluent in English; proficiency in German is preferred and a strong advantagePosition based in our Amsterdam officeBenefitsCompetitive salary, benefits, and stock option package25 paid holidaysGenerous parental leaveAny equipment you need to get the job doneFree/discounted Lovevery productsCommuter allowance
