UX/UI Designer at CRTX Consulting

As a UI/UX designer, you will work on various projects for our clients, helping them improve their digital products' user experience and interface. You will need to be able to adapt quickly to different industries and specific requirements for each project. ✅ Requirements: 🔸 Strong experience in UI/UX design. 🔸 High-level proficiency in English. 🔸 University degree or comparable education in graphic design, interaction design, user experience design, or formal training. 🔸 Proficient in design tools such as (mainly) Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. 🔸 Experience in mobile and web application design and responsive design. 🔸 Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices, including accessibility. 🔸 Ability to work efficiently in multidisciplinary environments and under pressure. 🔸 Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 🔸 Excellent communication skills in Spanish, both oral and written. 🔸 Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus. 🔸 Ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and colleagues. ✅ Responsibilities: 🔸 Collaborate with clients and the project team to define design project goals, requirements, and expectations. 🔸 Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design ideas and obtain client feedback. 🔸 Design and optimize user interfaces and interaction flows for digital products, taking into account accessibility and best design practices. 🔸 Conduct usability tests and gather data to improve design and user experience. 🔸 Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of designs. 🔸 Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design.
