🚀 Job description: The project manager level I will be responsible for defining, documenting, and carrying out projects or sub-projects. This role involves working alone or with a small team, actively participating in all project phases. The successful candidate will identify, assess and manage risks to the project's success, prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk, and communications plans), and track activities against the project schedule, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate. The project manager level I will monitor costs, timescales, and resources used and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. The role will ensure that projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed and that lessons learned are recorded. 🚀 Requirements: ⚡ PMP preferred but not required. ⚡ 4-year professional degree. ⚡ Strong years of experience (more than three if possible). ⚡ Project delivery level experience. ⚡Tactical - focused on the delivery of the project on time, on budget, and with quality. 🚀 Key responsibilities: ⚡ Define, document, and carry out projects or sub-projects with limited interdependency with other projects or as workstreams in a more extensive complex program. ⚡ Actively participate in all phases of the project. ⚡ Identify, assess, and manage risks to the project's success. ⚡Prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans). ⚡ Track activities against the project schedule, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate. ⚡ Monitor costs, timescales, and resources used and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. ⚡ Ensure that projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed and that lessons learned are recorded. 🚀 We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
