Salary Range: 3500 to 4500 USD/month base salary + 500–750 USD monthly performance bonus
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) — must be available for urgent escalations as needed

Position Overview
The Home Care Operations Manager oversees all key operational functions, ensuring seamless client care and sustainable company growth. Rather than executing each task directly, this role manages and holds team members accountable for staffing, recruiting, compliance, billing, payroll, and client satisfaction. You will build and support a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and achieve critical metrics in quality, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Directly manage team members responsible for staffing, compliance, billing, payroll, and client care.
* Ensure gross margins exceed 48 %, accounts receivable are collected within 7 days, and all caregiver shifts are fully staffed.
* Oversee caregiver recruiting and onboarding (goal: 10+ caregivers per month).
* Maintain 100 % caregiver compliance (background checks, training, TB tests) and deliver bi-weekly reports.
* Manage client satisfaction surveys and drive >95 % satisfaction ratings.
* Provide coaching, accountability, and leadership to all operations team members.
* Handle client and caregiver escalations promptly, including after-hours when needed.
* Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems (e.g., AlayaCare, Viventium) to support excellence.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of operations or management experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.
* Proven ability to lead and scale teams in a metric-driven environment.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, staffing logistics, and financial performance metrics.
* Tech-savvy and able to optimize software tools (G-Suite, Asana, HubSpot, AlayaCare/WellSky preferred).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
* Minimal accent and flexibility to work extended hours or attend events outside the regular schedule.

* Experience in the home care industry or related healthcare staffing field.
* Familiarity with AlayaCare or WellSky software.
* Track record of exceeding operational targets and driving company growth.
* Ability to design and implement efficient operational systems.
