Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week Preferred time zone overlap with EST (minimum 3–4 hours/day)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive AI Process Automation Coordinator (No-Code) to support business operations by building, maintaining, and optimizing no-code automation systems. Reporting to the founder and working closely with an Executive Assistant, this role will streamline lead generation workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize tools that drive revenue and internal productivity. This is an execution-focused role — ideal for someone who loves turning manual tasks into automated flows using no-code solutions..
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and Airtable.
• Support sales campaigns by integrating lead generation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn tools).
• Collaborate with the EA to execute email and marketing automations.
• Optimize CRM workflows (e.g., tagging, segmentation, lead assignment, follow-ups).
• Repurpose AI-generated content into structured campaigns using templates.
• Track campaign results and support iterations based on performance metrics.
• Document automation processes and keep SOPs up to date.
• Assist in launching simple AI-driven internal tools or products as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and campaign automation.
• Ability to follow structured processes and implement workflows with precision.
• Comfortable working with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to support content or process automation.
• Excellent written communication skills and self-management in remote environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience supporting B2B sales or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Exposure to productized services or internal tool launches.
• Strong documentation and SOP-building skills.
• Background working alongside executive assistants or operators.
