What You'll DoProvide advice and guidance to Arootah clients who seek help with AI Research needs, including consulting some of the leading alternative asset firms and family offices, and sharing your expertise in AI to help clients.Lead the development and deployment of AI initiative action plans.Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan.Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive productivity improvements.Translate business needs into AI solutions.Ensure the quality and reliability of AI tools; implement policies, procedures, and control measures; review, analyze and report on client AI tools and resources to ensure industry best practices; evaluate each client’s advancement toward AI goal actualization through KPIs and scoring matrices; maintain and share detailed and accurate records of consulting results (challenges, breakthroughs, etc.).QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, or a related field.Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5), NLP frameworks (Transformers, spaCy, Hugging Face), and prompt engineering techniques.Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.Practical experience deploying and scaling language model agents, ideally in a production environment.Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Job StatusContractorHours are based on the needs of the assigned client (0-40 hours per week)Compensation$150 - $300 an hourThe hourly consulting rate of pay is expected to be a minimum of $150 and a maximum of $300 per hour.
