🟠 Webtronic Labs is looking for someone to help us take our chatbot services to the next level. 🟠 A user will hit Lex first and then Kendra in most cases (unless Kendra has the website indexed). If the answer is not found, we talk with a human. 🚀 Requirements: ✅ At least two years of professional experience in NodeJS. ✅ SDK integration experience and developing Lambda functions. ✅ Experience using AWS and building apps using AWS services. ✅ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in Spanish and English. 🚀 Responsibilities: ✅ Require AWS Kendra & AWS Lex in a Node.js code. ✅ Execute queries in Elastic Search system or DynamoDB, read those data, map it and send it to these two services. ✅ Working with AWS projects and web apps hosted in S3. ✅ Create a simple UI (Chatbot Q&A) that connects with a Lambda function. 🚀 Nice to have: ✅ AWS Lex (1-2 years experience). Natural Language Processing for Chatbots. - The brain of the chatbot checks if the question asked has a match. ✅ AWS Kendra (1-2 years experience). Machine Learning. We send data, and the model learns by itself. - You can give it documents that crawl websites and shows the top results. - The answer depends on the quality of the website that is crawling. - Works as a search engine and behaves as a black box.
