❗ The base gross salary is 2'322.000 COP. ❗ Once you demonstrate your potential through goals and achievements, you can continue climbing to different areas after the 3-month trial period, where you will increase your salary up to 7'000,000 COP in the next scale: - 2'322.000 COP. - 2'700.000 COP. - 3'200.000 COP. - 3'800.000 COP. - 4'500.000 COP. - 5'300.000 COP. - 7'000.000 COP. 🟣 Role description: As a project management consultant, you will be in charge of the maintenance, management, and new implementations of different accounts for their assigned clients. 🚀 Requirements: ✅ Experience in Excel at an advanced level. ✅ Experience in consulting, development, or technology teams. ✅ Autonomous, recursive, and a problem-solver. ✅ Outgoing and communicative. ✅ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in Spanish and English. 🚀 Responsibilities: ✅ Communication with the assigned client through email. ✅ Maintenance of client accounts. ✅ Map business/client workflows in order to automate, centralize and standardize processes. ✅ Process customer requests about modifying a process, creating a new one, adding new users, modifying access, among others. 👉 In the trial period: - Take meeting notes in meetings with clients of fellow consultants. - Take the courses for certification in Workfront. - Creation of forms, users, and templates, among other possible requests by your fellow consultants. - Learn the solutions that have already been implemented for some of the current customers. 🚀 Desirable: ✅ Experience working in marketing agencies. ✅ Experience using Adobe workfront.
