Primary Responsibilities:Work with VA end users to analyze current data and reporting business needsDevelop and unit test reports using Power BI, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and DAX.Review and analyze data requests from end users and compile the requested data from Momentum financials and other VA systems.Conduct analysis on the quality of data in Momentum financials and test the migration of data from FMS and other VA systems to Momentum financials.Provide technical support for system testing, such as developing unit test scenarios and documentation, resolving any technical issues, and working with end users to understand report functionalityAttend and participate in meetings with client stakeholders. Potentially lead client meetings.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.6+ years of experience as a Developer supporting reporting and data management efforts, including requirements analysis, report design, validation, and testing.4+ years of experience with Momentum Financials data and table structures.Experience with some or all of the following tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Oracle, Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL, and DAX.Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.Strong written and oral communication skills.An outstanding ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Preferred Qualifications:VA or Federal financial management experience preferred.Experience with Federal finance and accounting processes, including monthly reporting, budget execution, and financial audit responses.Experience working in an Agile environment SAFe preferred.Benefits (including but not limited to):Health, dental, and vision plansOptional FSAPaid parental leaveSafe Harbor 401K with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1Paid time off and 11 paid holidaysNo cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coveragePet insuranceMonthly phone and internet stipendTuition and training reimbursementSalary Range:$95,000 - $115,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
