The role should also understand PII/PHI handling because the solicitation emphasizes DR and production data export/sanitization/load into Pre-Production for testing.Certifications to prioritize: Security+ CE minimum screen; CISSP, CISM, CAP/CGRC, CASP+, CEH, GSEC, HCISPP, or other DoD 8570/8140-aligned certifications.
