We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.The Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst helps our team's investigation into the drivers of conversion across client websites. Reviewing website designs, you investigate what triggers customers to take buying actions and what leads to website abandonment. Help us discover what works in digital marketing!You should have a keen eye for detail and a desire to dive deep into understanding what makes shoppers tick. You should also be comfortable with repetitive tasks as this is primarily a data entry and presentation-making role. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the wider team by taking on ad hoc tasks that help keep the department running smoothly. Most importantly, no prior experience is necessary (and we prefer people without experience!); you will receive training on the job.Key ResponsibilitiesUpload A/B Testing data to our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library.Manage and update the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library regularly.Analyze testing data and create reports as to what works and what does not.Create critical presentation decks with laser-like precision and implement time-critical changes quickly and accurately. Support general team operations by assisting with ad hoc tasks across the department.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCoachability: Can easily be trained to learn the processes.Google Workspace Knowledge: You don’t have to be an expert, but we expect you to be able to help us create amazing decks and navigate your way through our sheets!Figma Knowledge: We’ll be training you on the basics, but it would be a big plus if you’re familiar with the tool.Availability: Able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time from 3 AM to 3 PM EST Monday to Friday and able to jump in when needed. Communication Skills: Excellent command of written English language.
