For more information, visit www.egnyte.com.As a Project Manager on the Egnyte Professional Services team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated on status in a timely manner. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. Ideal candidates would possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. The Professional Services Project Manager would be an integral part of Egnyte’s Professional Services organization by helping customers maximize the value of their investment.WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platformManage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issuesAct as a liaison between Egnyte’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and successCommunicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goalsPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phaseManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of the engagementYOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years’ experience managing projects in Customer Facing Implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organizationProven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product ManagementExcellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skillsSolid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resourcesExperience handling escalations at all levelsA strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is requiredStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodologyUnderstanding of technology relative to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud highly desirableBachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferredBENEFITSCompetitive salariesMedical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your familyFully paid premiums for life insuranceFlexible hours and PTOGym reimbursementChildcare reimbursementGroup term life insuranceCOMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION:At Egnyte, we celebrate our differences and thrive on our diversity for our employees, our products, our customers, our investors, and our communities.
