Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager (Architect / Engineer) with at least 3 years of experience managing U.S. construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. - Review and coordinate architectural, engineering, and construction documents. - Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project logs. - Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. - Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Attend and lead project meetings, providing updates and resolving issues. - Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. - Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost impacts. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and contract requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience managing U.S. construction projects. - Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, specifications, and project documentation. - Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar project management platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams is an advantage.
