You'll program-manage initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and their cross-functional counterparts — bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to work that is often ambiguous and fast-moving. You'll also drive a more effective, efficient, high-impact Product & Tech organization by owning improvements to alignment, communications, and processes between Product & Tech teams and the rest of the business.This is a role for a builder in the earlier chapters of their program management career: you'll own meaningful workstreams and initiatives with full accountability and autonomy from day one, exercising independent judgment while partnering with experienced program leadership on the most complex, strategic decisions.
