At Job Duck, we are looking for a friendly and service oriented Virtual Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and primary point of contact for clients and callers. This role is essential in creating a professional and positive first impression while ensuring all communications are routed efficiently and accurately. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing inbound calls, coordinating communication, and maintaining excellent client service standards.
