This is a hands-on role that bridges customer and business input with engineering execution, paired with enough process and reporting discipline to keep delivery predictable and stakeholders informed.This role requires strong backlog and prioritization discipline paired with enough technical fluency to work credibly with engineering. You will own story writing, prioritization, and acceptance criteria, coordinate release readiness across support, sales, and customer success, and serve as the primary business and customer advocate throughout the development process.Primary Responsibilities:Own and maintain the RBCloud product backlog: story writing, prioritization, and sprint planning in partnership with EngineeringDefine and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done to enable consistent, high-quality deliveryServe as the primary business and customer advocate within the development process, ensuring the team stays aligned to the highest-value workWork directly with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate priorities, and close the loop on feedbackCoordinate release readiness across support, sales, and customer successFacilitate core product meetings - backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planningMaintain a roadmap that reflects current priorities and is easy for stakeholders to trackTrack delivery metrics (throughput, cycle time, capacity) to spot risk early and report progress to the businessPartner with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, support) to support alignment where it directly unblocks deliverySkills & CompetenciesComfortable working directly with customers and translating their input into clear technical requirementsStrong backlog and prioritization discipline; experience writing stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can execute against without heavy back-and-forthEnough technical fluency to have credible conversations with engineering about tradeoffs, sequencing, and feasibilityClear, direct communicator — comfortable running meetings and giving stakeholders a straight answerOrganized and process-mindedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related work experience4+ years as a Product Owner, technical PM, or similar role working directly with an engineering teamDirect experience owning a backlog and writing stories/acceptance criteriaComfortable engaging directly with customers or business stakeholdersBasic familiarity with delivery metrics and their financial/business implicationsSalary Range:105,000-120,000 USDFullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.Recruitment Fraud AlertIt has come to our attention that various individuals and organizations are contacting people offering false employment opportunities with Fullsteam.
