Clients frequently praise Purple Squirrel for its professionalism, personalization, high morals, values and impactful outcomes. Furthermore, PSE strives to achieve a collaborative, mission-driven culture and flexible, growth-oriented environment. We focus on organizations that: 1. Need fractional, flexible, on-demand HR & Talent Acquisition support rather than full-time in-house teams. 2. Operate in fast-growth, high-change environments such as: o Startups & scale-ups (especially Tech, Cybersecurity, SaaS) o Private equity or venture-backed companies o Companies going through M&A, IPO prep, or restructuring 3. Have global hiring needs, especially those managing recruiting in multiple countries/time zones without local HR teams. 4. Want culture-fit hiring and HR strategies tailored to their organization, not just transactional recruiting. PSE positions itself as a "fractional HR &/or recruiting department" for high-growth, global companies that value speed, culture fit, and cost efficiency over traditional recruitment agency volume or big consulting firm pricing. PSE is your flexible, embedded HR and recruiting partner—scaling with your business, saving you time and money, and keeping the human experience at the heart of every hire and every employee interaction. We capture: • Partnership (not just a vendor) • Flexibility & scalability (adapt to growth, change, and global needs) • Cost efficiency (our model helps avoid overhead and high agency fees) • Human focus (people-first approach that drives business success)
