We are looking for cracked GTM and Tech recruiters that are interested in working fully remote, have supported Seed-Series C companies and are extremely financially motivated.You are walking into a client list of 35 active day 1.There is no BD required, this is a true fulfillment position. Our entire workflow process is automated and streamlined with unlimited outreach resources - we want you to use them.Requirements:Time management skills are a must: You will have the ability/expectation to support up to 10 clients at once in a true 1:1 environment.Operate with autonomy: You don't like to be micromanaged. You are all about performance and results - not kpis.Managing process from end to end: You are comfortable with multi threading outreach, hopping on weekly client check in calls and managing candidates from initial outreach to offer.Measurable results: Must have a track record of billing at least 100k a quarter (on the low end)Bonus: You're currently supporting Tier 1 VC backed startups across SF/NYC.We're offering 2 compensation models: 1 being heavier on commission and the other heavier on the base salary. Under either model you'll have the ability to take home 500k+ year 1. (Ask my team how 😉)TL;DR - You consider yourself the best at what you do with tangible numbers to back it up.
