OVERVIEWiTech AG is seeking a QA Tester to support a ServiceNow Development program with our federal customer. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying defects and issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ServiceNow requirements and create test plans and test cases that align with business needsExecute test cases and document test results, defects, and issuesWork closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and debug issues, and ensure that defects are resolved before software releasesProvide feedback on product quality and suggest process improvements to ensure that high-quality software is consistently deliveredPerform functional, regression, and integration testing, and participate in exploratory testing as requiredEnsure that all testing activities are aligned with the Agile development process, and participate in Agile ceremonies as requiredOther duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSProven experience as a QA Tester with ServiceNow platforms with manual testing experience, and experience working with enterprise software in large teamsStrong knowledge and experience of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience working in an Agile development process, and familiarity with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesExperience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test casesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environmentEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSBachelor’s degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree or higher, preferable in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience as a QA Tester, at least one of those in a ServiceNow platformSECURITY CLEARANCEAbility to obtain and maintain a Public TrustPursuant to government contracts, US Citizenship is requirediTech AG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
