HIRING: Remote Appointment Setters / Lead Generators — Commission Based We’re looking for motivated appointment setters to join our growing marketing agency, NetConnect. We work with brands across apps, software, crypto, fintech and other online businesses, running UGC, influencer/KOL and performance marketing campaigns. The role: Find and source qualified potential clients Build targeted lead lists based on our ideal client profile Feed leads into our AI-powered outreach system Manage/respond to interested prospects Qualify leads and book sales calls Track leads and appointments **What we provide: * AI outreach system * Proven case studies and previous results * Clear target client profiles * Outreach messaging/scripts * Training and support * Uncapped commission * Fully remote and flexible hours You won't be expected to manually cold message hundreds of people every day — we already have systems in place to automate much of the outreach. We're looking for people who are hungry, reliable and comfortable with online sales/lead generation. Previous appointment-setting or lead-gen experience is useful but **not essential**. Ideal for someone looking to build experience in sales while earning commission based on results. Looking to bring on a few people ASAP.
