About the roleWe're on the lookout for a talented Digital Shelf Specialist (Marketplace Content & Catalog) to join our client's team.100% RemoteBased in LATAM – Collaborating with teams in the USA (9 to 5 CST)This role supports the day-to-day execution of product content across several online retail platforms, keeping listings accurate, updated, and properly displayed across different retailer environments.ResponsibilitiesManage product content uploads and updates across retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target+, Shopify, Chewy, and similar channelsEnsure titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and product attributes are accurate and properly reflected on retailer websitesIdentify and resolve catalog and listing issues, including publication problems, variation errors, missing attributes, and retailer-specific upload or validation issuesReview digital shelf presence regularly to spot inconsistencies, missing content, or areas that can be improvedCollaborate with internal teams such as Client Services, Analytics, and Creative to solve content-related or data-related discrepanciesKeep clear records of issues, progress, resolutions, and next steps for internal visibilityMaintain organized documentation around recurring issues, retailer requirements, and workflowsHelp ensure product information remains complete, accurate, and live across all assigned retailer platformsRequirements and Skills1 to 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, digital merchandising, or similar rolesExperience working with multiple retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Target+, Chewy, or related environmentsUnderstanding of product listing structure, content fields, catalog setup, and variation relationshipsComfort handling spreadsheets and product data in Excel or Google SheetsAbility to navigate retailer portals confidently and troubleshoot listing or catalog issues independentlyStrong attention to detail and accuracy when managing product contentAbility to stay organized while working across multiple SKUs, retailers, and tasks at the same timeClear communication skills and comfort providing updates to internal teamsAdvanced English skillsNice to HaveExperience supporting digital shelf audits or content quality checksExposure to retailer-specific error handling and content troubleshootingExperience working in a fast-paced agency or eCommerce environmentAbout the CompanyOur client is a commerce-focused company that helps brands improve how they show up and grow across retail and eCommerce channels.
