HR Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives. - Build scalable HR policies, frameworks, and governance. - Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational growth initiatives. - Lead workforce planning and organizational restructuring. - Drive culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Must-Have: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 12–18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. - Experience in Food Delivery, Restaurant Aggregation, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, Logistics, or Technology industries is preferred. - Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed teams. Good to Have: - Prior experience at Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Dunzo, or comparable hyper-growth startups. - Experience managing regulatory environments across multiple Indian states. - Background in consumer tech product thinking — ability to partner credibly with Product and Engineering.
