The Enrollment Specialist educates all of our new patients about the Vivo Care program(s) and how it will positively impact their quality of life. They also teach our new patients how to use our medical devices, such as a blood pressure machine, pulse ox, and weight scale.Contract DetailsDuration: 90-day contract with the potential for extension.Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday–FridayPotential Growth: Strong performance may lead to a longer-term opportunity.What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to enroll patients in the program(s)Educating patients on the importance of remote patient monitoring and chronic care managementGuide patients in the setup of their new medical devices over the phoneInvestigate equipment problems, troubleshoot, and provide a resolutionProvide an exceptional patient experienceWork with Enrollment Manager to achieve company objectiveWhat We are Looking For:Phone or Call Center experience requiredEnrollment/Medical Sales experience preferredMedical Assistants preferredTechnical aptitude to pass our typing and computer literacy testYou are internally driven, motivated to prove yourself, and want to see your contributions make a real impact in people's livesYou are also comfortable communicating with patients over the phone, overcoming objections, and have good problem-solving skillsPatience and exceptional listening skillsPay close attention to detailDedication to finding a resolutionConfidence in multitasking“Challenge accepted” attitudeBilingual preferred (Spanish)Equipment Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have your own equipment that meets the following minimum standards:Internet Connection: Hard-wired (Ethernet) connection with at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed to support clear calls, video meetings, and multiple programs running simultaneously.Computer/Laptop: Personal device with at least an Intel i5 (10th Gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) processor, 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), and the ability to efficiently run multiple applications at once.Headset: Noise-canceling headset with microphone for professional call quality.Monitor: A secondary monitor (in addition to your main screen) to support multitasking and efficient workflow.$18 - $20 an hour
