You’ll work independently to optimize critical database systems and ensure high availability and performance.Key Responsibilities:Optimize complex T-SQL queries and database performance.Troubleshoot and resolve database issues (blocking, deadlocks, IO bottlenecks).Analyze execution plans and implement indexing/partitioning strategies.Maintain high availability (Always On, clustering, replication).Monitor and improve database health and automation.Collaborate with development teams for schema and query design.Required Skills:8–12 years with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.Strong in performance tuning, query optimization, and internals.Skilled in using SQL Profiler, DMVs, and Extended Events.Experience with HA/DR setups and large-scale data environments.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Nice to Have:SSIS/SSRS, cloud SQL (Azure/AWS RDS), scripting (PowerShell), CI/CD exposure
