Join a remote AI training project where your music transcription, musical listening, notation, and Python skills will contribute to advanced AI development.What you’ll work on:You’ll reconstruct precise musical scores from mixed audio recordings, including separating soprano, alto, tenor, and bass (SATB) lines and converting performances into accurate MusicXML scores.Requirements:Strong experience with polyphonic music transcriptionAdvanced ear training and ability to distinguish simultaneous musical partsStrong understanding of harmony, rhythm, voice leading, and standard music notationExperience with SATB music, choral arranging, score preparation, or related transcriptionStrong Python programming skillsAbility to identify pitches, onsets, durations, rests, and re-articulationsAbility to accurately convert musical performances into structured notationExperience generating or manipulating MusicXMLFamiliarity with tools such as librosa, NumPy, SciPy, music21, Essentia, pretty_midi, or MuseScore is a plusStrong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skillsRelevant expertise matters more than formal education or years of experience.
