Responsibilities

Bloom Lawn is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to work hand-in-hand with our Operations team supporting our crews. This role is the link between the crews in the field and our clients — keeping schedules organized, communication flowing, and every day running smoothly. What You'll Do -Provide excellent customer service and manage a steady flow of client emails. -Send clients regular updates on service status, scheduling, and any delays (e.g., crew running behind). -Help build and maintain organized, efficient work routes for the field crews. -Manage and share timesheets with the team. -Stay in constant communication with crews in the field, including through your personal WhatsApp. -Answer incoming calls and inquiries from crew members. -Give your leaders a clear, complete report at the end of each day. -Double-check the daily workflow to catch issues early and keep everything on track. -Participate actively in Zoom meetings and in-person meetings at the warehouse — speaking up, sharing ideas, and voicing opinions clearly and confidently. -Keep your camera on for all virtual meetings — this is required. What We're Looking For -Advanced English required (to communicate with our Operations lead) and Spanish (to communicate with our team lead). -Strong, clear communicator — comfortable making and answering phone calls without hesitation. -Outgoing, respectful, kind, and always available. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organization. -Genuine interest in the role — someone who takes the job seriously and enjoys the work. -Willing and able to work Saturdays during the season. -Reliable access to a personal phone for WhatsApp communication with the crews. -Available for work 40h per week
