Our mission is to deliver best-in-class, value-adding solutions by empowering our teams and leveraging innovative technologies.We're expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offersBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniquesCollaborate with and support external recruitment partnersEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring processDevelop and maintain job descriptions and job postingsFacilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in final decision-makingContribute to the development and optimization of recruitment processes and toolsPrepare and maintain summary reports and recruitment analyticsStay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitmentProvide support during pre-onboarding and onboarding phases when needed (e.g., communication with new hires, hiring managers, vendors)Requirements:Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in mass hiring or high-volume environmentsStrong English skills (B2 level or higher)Experience with developing and implementing internal recruitment policies and proceduresProficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and HRIS systems is a plusInternational hiring experience is a strong advantageAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvementStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approachWe Offer:Competitive compensation linked to the UAH/USD rateMedical and life insurance after the trial periodEnglish classes with a native speakerWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv Time)Corporate training and team eventsIf you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on the responsibilities, we encourage you to apply!
