We are looking for an experienced MS Access / VBA professional with strong Payroll Functional experience to join our team.The ideal candidate will combine payroll domain knowledge, business analysis skills, and hands-on MS Access & VBA expertise.Key Responsibilities:Understand payroll processes and business requirementsAnalyze payroll applications, workflows, reports, and dataDevelop and enhance MS Access databases, queries, forms, reports & VBA scriptsAutomate payroll processes using VBA and AccessPerform data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshootingTranslate business requirements into functional and technical solutionsSupport SIT/UAT and production issue resolutionPerform root-cause analysis and recommend functional solutionsCreate process documentation, functional requirements, and user guidesCollaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholdersRequired Skills:4+ years of MS Access & VBA experienceStrong VBA scripting and Access development skillsSolid understanding of Payroll processes and functionsExperience in a business/functional roleStrong SQL, queries, data validation & data manipulation skillsExperience with Access forms, reports, macros, and automationPayroll data reconciliation, reporting, and troubleshooting experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsInterested can share your resume to ajay.m@quadranttechnologies.com and you can directly contact me on 425-276-0725 or know someone who would be a great fit?
