About the RoleCallMiner is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Brand & Communications to lead and evolve our global brand presence, corporate communications strategy, and market influence. This role is responsible for shaping how CallMiner is perceived across customers, prospects, analysts, media, employees, and the broader market.The ideal candidate is a strategic brand and communications leader with 10+ years of experience across high-growth, B2B technology / SaaS organizations, ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments. This person brings deep expertise in public relations, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, brand strategy, and content development, along with a proven ability to align communications initiatives to business growth objectives.
