As the largest training provider for Amazon Career Choice, and a growing partner to state governments building registered apprenticeship programs, Correlation One sits at the intersection of employer talent needs and scalable workforce training.We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership. Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.What this is: A part-time contract (~5-10 hrs/week for ~12 weeks) supporting learners in an AI-augmented engineering bootcamp at a large regulated insurer. You review code, give feedback, run office hours, and keep engineers on track between live sessions.What you'll do:Review learners' AI-assisted code, specs, and governance artifacts — give constructive, specific feedbackCatch where learners are stuck or falling behind and intervene earlyRun virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on helpEvaluate not just "does the code work" but "did the engineer use AI well" — judgment, not just outputWhat we need from you:Working full-stack software engineer who uses AI coding tools in their daily workflow — specifically tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor for tasks like code generation, refactoring, debugging, or test writing (not just autocomplete suggestions)Comfortable reviewing someone else's code and giving clear, constructive feedback in a way that's specific and actionable, not just "looks good" or "needs work"Reliable and responsive over 12 weeks — consistency matters more than brillianceFamiliar enough with AI-assisted development to evaluate how engineers work with AI, not just what they produceNice to have:Mentoring, code review, or bootcamp TA experienceExperience in a regulated or enterprise environmentFamiliarity with spec-driven development or governance artifactsLogistics:Remote, ~5-10 hrs/weekAvailable during US Pacific time business hours~12 weeks starting approximately October 2026
