This role centers on a comprehensive diagnosis of core business constraints impacting client growth, leveraging a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify and formulate strategic solutions. This includes pinpointing challenges across all points of sale - DTC/ecommerce acquisition, retail execution, Amazon market share erosion, or upstream strategic barriers like brand positioning - and developing a unified, data-backed strategy to overcome them.CPG accounts tend to have opinions about their channels that predate the data.
