Requirements and responsibilities


• Hire, onboard, train, coach, lead and retain a stellar team of SDRs and BDRsCoach each SDR and BDR through direct call feedback to continuously improve their skills, with a focus on quality of pipeline over quantity of leads. • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve lofty goals and expectations, while managing accountability at all levels • Retain proven performers by designing an org. structure and career paths that help them see growth opportunities at Canva • Collaborate daily with Sales and Marketing • Create strategies for achieving pipeline goals and identifying campaigns and programs that will make an impact • Establish processes and supporting technology that create leverage for the team within their role • Experienced on both inbound and outbound prospecting, understanding both proven and emerging tactics for each type of pipeline • Revenue growth: help grow Canva Enterprise globally to help hit the company’s overall Enterprise revenue aspirations • Customer enthusiasm: extend Canva’s tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams and continue to prioritize user feedback and excitement as the Enterprise business accelerates • Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency: create, educate and refine the team practices, sales playbooks, and KPIs needed for operating as a top SaaS business (including but not limited to): pipeline development, conversion rates, forecasting, hiring, performance management, enablement, training, and cross-functional collaboration • Growing a happy team: attract, motivate, and develop the talent we need to accomplish the above.
