Marketing Affiliate Manager at A2 Hosting

• Recruit new affiliates and partners in targeted, systematic fashion • Work with other marketing team members to plan and launch campaigns involving affiliates • Maintain and grow relationships with partners to profitably grow programs as aligned with company growth strategy • Manage the affiliate budget including custom commissions to ensure the optimal balance of new customer acquisition and competitive positioning as aligned with the company’s growth strategy and profitability goals • Manage relationships with top affiliate partners in conjunction with the Marketing team • Grow new customers and revenue from new and existing affiliates via planned programs that engage and increase current affiliates’ sales • Create and execute on new affiliate campaigns and activate new affiliates • Manage partner and prospect CRM systems • Win over existing quality affiliates from primary competitors to generate new quality leads from customers likely to renew • Maintain the existing affiliate program by timely attention to managing payouts, new affiliates, requests for updates, and other daily program maintenance activities. • Combat fraud and abuse in the affiliate program through regular monitoring, and take considered, prompt action to rectify abuse • Coordinate communications and affiliate reach-out and maintenance with other Marketing team members on an as-needed basis • Maintain accurate and detailed reporting on the affiliate program overall and individual affiliates.
