This role is focused on technical product management and is ideal for a seasoned product leader operating as a high-impact individual contributor.This role will own complex, full-stack product initiatives and integrations with payer and provider systems. Candidates within 50 miles of Chicago are expected to work onsite two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and remotely three days per week. Candidates outside of the 50-mile radius are eligible for fully remote work.WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:Own the product roadmap for MHN’s back-office and revenue cycle technologyLead full-stack product initiatives spanning billing, coding, claims, and revenue cycle workflowsTranslate complex healthcare financial and operational requirements into clear, actionable product requirementsDevelop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirementsPartner closely with engineering on architecture-aware decisions, tradeoffs, and sequencing of workWork extensively with claims data and EDI transactions to support payer and provider integrationsEnsure product solutions support accurate, compliant, and efficient financial aspects of billing and reimbursementCollaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, data, compliance, and clinical teamsBalance scalability, performance, data integrity, and regulatory requirements in all product decisionsUse data, metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and outcomesAct as a senior product thought partner, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authorityWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.6+ years of product management experience, with multiple years operating in a senior-level roleStrong healthcare technology background with hands-on experience in billing, coding, and revenue cycle managementProven experience delivering products that support claims processing and payer interactionsTechnical product management experience working on full-stack systemsProficiency with claims and EDI data and how they flow through healthcare financial systemsExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in value-based care, Medicaid, or safety-net healthcare environments a plusFamiliarity with clearinghouses, payer systems, and reimbursement modelsMedical Home Network is an equal opportunity employer.
