About the PositionWe are looking for motivated individuals to join a remote team that helps working families understand their available benefit options.For more than 60 years, our organization has worked with unions, associations, and member-based groups across North America. Through these partnerships, we provide members with clear information about supplemental benefit programs designed to support long-term financial security.This is not a cold-calling position. All conversations are with individuals who have already requested information or expressed interest in reviewing their benefits.Primary ResponsibilitiesContact members who have requested benefit informationSchedule virtual or phone appointmentsReview available benefit options in a clear and professional wayHelp members understand programs that may fit their needsGuide families through the online application processFollow up with members to provide continued supportMaintain accurate records and appointment detailsUse company-provided systems, scripts, and training resourcesParticipate in ongoing coaching and developmentWork toward personal goals with opportunities for leadership advancementCandidate ProfileWe are seeking individuals who are dependable, professional, and willing to learn.Ideal candidates should have:Strong communication skillsA positive and professional attitudeBasic computer and video-call skillsGood organization and time-management habitsThe ability to work independently from homeA willingness to follow a proven training systemMotivation to grow personally and professionallyThe ability to complete a background checkPrevious experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles can be helpful, but it is not required.
